The bike seat that you buy for your bicycle can change the way you ride and even your health. We are going to focus to the health aspect. The wrong seat can cause numbness, infections and responsible for prostate problems and even impotence for men. That’s why we are going to talk about three things you should know before buying seat for your bike especially to reduce those health problems.
First thing, check and make sure the bike seat is fit your riding style.
You need a narrow bike seat if you like to ride fast on your racing bike. There are seats, which primarily use for racing. If you drive fast, your body tends to move to the front, so you do not need something soft and comfortable. You also do not want a big seat so that your legs can spin faster easily.
